What is TTQS?
The TTQS (Talent Quality-management System) is a certification that evaluates a company's training and education system. It uses the PDDRO (Plan-Design-Do-Review-Outcome) process, with P (Plan), D (Design), D (Do), R (Review/Monitoring), and O (Outcome) as its core elements. The system focuses on maintaining integrity and supporting continuous improvement, similar to the company’s existing PDCA management cycle.
The scoring is based on 19 detailed indicators across the 5 PDDRO processes. The system focuses on maintaining integrity and supporting continuous improvement, similar to the company’s existing PDCA management cycle, and the overall performance is classified into four levels: Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Pass. This helps assess how well a company implements its training and education programs.
