With CML's variable vane pump and cooling circulation pump (VCM+CG), the oil temperature can be reduced by 20% and the power unit volume can be reduced by 50%, saving space and hydraulic oil cost. The use of SPU series cooling circulation hydraulic station can not only prolong the life of hydraulic products, but also improve the stability of lathe machining accuracy, reduce the defective rate of machining caused by heat expansion, reduce the temperature rise of working environment, greatly improve the efficiency, stable output of production, and reduce energy loss due to temperature reduction, which is beneficial to the earth.

Performance temperature rise comparison

Compared with the conventional variable vane pump oil temperature, the oil temperature can be controlled within 15°C (varies depending on the ambient temperature, operation, machined parts, and the size of the human cooler used). Provide more stable oil temperature for the machine, so that the machining parts can be more stable, smoother and more accurate control.

Test conditions: CNC lathe for actual parts processing, processing time of eight hours.
