The 3rd Annual CML Junior Internship Experience Workshop has come to a successful conclusion. As part of Camel Precision’s (CML) ongoing commitment to ESG development and corporate social responsibility (CSR), over a dozen passionate and skilled CML employees guided around 18 elementary and junior high school students through a half-day hands-on career exploration. This initiative not only delivered on our corporate commitments, but also created unforgettable summer memories for the young participants. In 1981 Camel Precision Co.,Ltd was founded. The management of company fully awards of high quality products requires not only sophisticate machinery, But good knowledge in technology is also important as well. Company invited senior engineers from Germany and Japan to lead the manufacturing and training of local engineers in hydraulic industry. In the summer of 2026, Camel Precision (CML) created unforgettable memories with the children from 新希望 1919 陪讀班 (新希望社區關懷協會) on August 19.

We firmly believe that “small beginnings lead to great futures.” This Junior Internship Experience Workshop was more than just an engaging and educational activity—it was a tangible reflection of our vision to "build an enterprise that benefits humanity." By turning our passion into action, CML hopes this career exploration planted seeds of inspiration in every student’s heart. Through our commitment to CSR and ESG values, we aim to be a steady, supportive force in their growth, empowering them to embrace a future of infinite possibilities!

During the event, Chairman Martin Chen delivered an engaging talk that introduced the development of local industry in Tianzhong alongside core mechanical principles. Through relatable, interactive storytelling, he broke down complex hydraulic fundamentals into accessible concepts. He also shared his lifelong passion for the machinery sector and his personal journey, inspiring the students to stay curious and boldly embrace future challenges and opportunities.

Through this interactive experience, they discovered the breadth of marketing across visual design, copywriting, and exhibition planning. To put theory into practice, the workshop featured a hands-on product photography session, challenging the students to explore visual storytelling, build creative confidence, and express their unique perspectives.

What does an engineer’s world look like? CML took the students on an inspiring journey to demystify engineering design. By transforming complex scientific principles into engaging experiments and interactive presentations, we showed them how engineering creativity shapes our world—all amidst laughter and discovery. To top it off, a challenging and fun marble run challenge allowed the students to put their skills to the test, turning boundless imagination into practical design thinking while experiencing the true thrill of building something from scratch!

To provide students with an in-depth understanding of pump manufacturing, CML created an immersive, hands-on production line experience for the workshop. By physically handling the components, examining internal structures, and assembling the units themselves, the students gained firsthand appreciation of the precision, meticulous care, and patience required at every stage of manufacturing. This build-from-scratch experience gave them a clear, tangible view of the manufacturing sector. Importantly, it also instilled a core principle: excellence on the assembly line goes beyond assembly alone—rigorous testing and careful packaging are the ultimate safeguards of superior product quality.
