3.Quotation & Commercial Terms

4.Sample Development & Testing

We produce initial units based on customer's exact specifications and drawings, providing a clear development timeline, test reports and video of the finished products. Once you receive the units, you can verify their performance and compatibility in your equipment. If any adjustments are needed, we will modify and resubmit the samples until they meet your requirements.

5.Single Sample Approval

Upon formal written approval of the sample, we freeze all specifications, drawings, and the Bill of Materials (BOM). These finalized documents serve as the official benchmark for all future batch orders and mass production acceptance.

6.Mass Production Order

After the placement of a formal bulk order, we begin mass production preparations. This includes sourcing materials, establishing quality control standards, and finalizing packaging protocols with photo documentation.
