CML HPU Series Energy-saving Hybrid Power Unit, combining variable frequency technology with high-quality CML products, delivers high efficiency, low noise, and stable oil temperature. Compared to traditional hydraulic systems, this system significantly reduces energy consumption by 40-60%, effectively lowers noise levels, and keeps the oil temperature within 2.5°C of ambient temperature, extending equipment life. It is the optimal choice for enterprises seeking to achieve ESG goals. Even at low speeds, the system can still deliver 100% pressure while reducing the tank size by 40-60%, saving space. Easy to install, simply connect to the power source to operate, and it provides an additional layer of safety by allowing temporary switching to traditional mode in case of external disturbances. Additionally, this system reduces the size of the cooler, saving on oil and electricity costs, resulting in comprehensive benefits.
SPU Series Power Unit With Cooling Circulation Pump
The SPU series Power Unit with Cooling Circulation Pump is a system designed to address the problem of temperature rise, significantly reducing the internal installation space and the amount of hydraulic oil used in the machine, providing a stable oil temperature in the machine to enable smooth machining of parts and provide high precision control. With CML's variable vane pump and cooling circulation pump (VCM+CG), CML offers a solution that reduces oil temperature by 20% and power unit volume by 50%. This leads to significant cost savings and improved efficiency. The use of SPU series cooling circulation hydraulic station can not only prolong the life of hydraulic products, but also improve the stability of lathe machining accuracy, reduce the defective rate of machining caused by heat expansion, reduce the temperature rise of working environment, greatly improve the efficiency.
Variable Displacement Vane Pump With Circulation Pump- VCM+CG
Variable Displacement Vane Pump with Cooling Pump is CML Unique and patented design. It could effectively reduce oil temperature under a continuous process of circulation which stabilize operation conditions.
Low Pressure Variable Vane Pump-SF
CML Low Pressure Variable Vane Pump pressure can be adjusted in the range of 5 - 70 bar, and the flow adjust range is 8 - 40 L/min. Before inquiring, you can inform the working pressure and flow, as well as the working conditions of the machine, and we will select the most suitable model for you.
Air-Cooled Radiator
CML air-cooled radiators are divided into different pressure levels including low, medium-low, medium, and medium-high models. Solenoid Valve-WH, WE, 4WE6

Servo application
Combining Eckerle's and CML's multi-linked internal gear pumps, it can be combined with various flow rates of high and low pressure series pumps to provide customers with a wide range of applications. They are suitable for various applications in fixed frequency or servo systems. For example, it can be used in hydraulic machinery applications that require long term stable pressure retention and multiple pressure requirements to meet both acceleration and pressurization operating conditions.
