Internal Gear Pump Series
Drawing on 45 years of profound expertise in hydraulic pump manufacturing, CML is dedicated to providing high-quality internal gear pumps. Our offerings feature two major series: manufactured in Taiwan and imported from Germany. Furthermore, we possess extensive capabilities in customized system planning and design. Our pumps are engineered for demanding operating conditions involving high speeds, high pressure, and frequent speed transitions. Equipped with advanced internal axial and radial pressure compensation mechanisms, they significantly reduce operating noise and energy consumption. This design ensures highly efficient pressure holding and stable output, even at low rotation speeds. Currently, our products are widely applied in hydraulic systems across diverse fields, including manufacturing machinery, metal processing, vehicular machinery, servo systems, and electro-hydraulic integrations.
B Series Low Noise External Gear Pump
B Series Low Noise External Gear Pump EGB is widely equipped in cutting machines, lifting equipment, and various metal processing machinery. The pump body is formed using aluminum alloy gravity casting technology, featuring lightweight characteristics, high density, high strength, and excellent high-pressure resistance. Furthermore, the pump is internally equipped with bushings that offer high load capacity and a low coefficient of friction. This design effectively reduces shaft wear during operation, further ensuring equipment stability and extending the product's lifespan.
High Flow Type Solenoid Valve WH
CML High Flow Type Solenoid Valve WH is applied in directional switching operations for machine tools, metal processing machinery, and various hydraulic systems. Our product features a wet-armature solenoid design, combining a compact footprint with highly responsive actuation, rapid switching, and high efficiency. Furthermore, it fully complies with international standards, including ISO, CETOP, NFPA, and DIN. Our WH Series is available in Size 6 and Size 10 specifications, equipped with either a terminal box or plug-in coil electrical connections, and is suitable for 50/60Hz frequencies. It delivers a maximum operating pressure of up to 210 bar, a maximum allowable back pressure of 100 bar, and a flow rate range from 63 to 120 LPM. With our comprehensive product lineup, customers can flexibly select the appropriate spools and models with reverse resistance specifications to meet their specific circuit requirements.
Modular Pressure Reducing Valve MBR
CML offer a diverse range of hydraulic valve products. Among these, our modular valves enable integrated functions within hydraulic circuits through a reliable stackable installation method. Based on their control functions, these modular valves are primarily categorized into three types: pressure control, flow control, and check valves. Belonging to the pressure control series, our Modular Pressure Reducing Valve MBR operates by regulating and reducing the inlet pressure to a specifically required outlet pressure. Simultaneously, it automatically maintains pressure stability by utilizing the energy of the fluid medium itself. This product is widely applied in hydraulic machinery. It is particularly suitable for applications where a single system must simultaneously output multiple different pressures, or where two or more hydraulic circuits need to maintain an identical pressure.
Modular Pilot Operated Check Valve MPC
CML offer a diverse range of hydraulic valve products. Among these, our modular valves enable integrated functions within hydraulic circuits through a reliable stackable installation method. Based on their control purposes, these modular valves are primarily categorized into three major types: pressure control, flow control, and check valves. Belonging to the check valve series, our Modular Pilot Operated Check Valve MPC has the core function of preventing fluid backflow. During forward flow, the kinetic energy of the fluid drives the poppet to open automatically. In the event of reverse flow, the passage automatically closes to cut off the fluid. Furthermore, its "pilot-operated" function features an internal pilot port. When required by the system, internal pressure can be utilized to open the valve, allowing the hydraulic oil to return. Relying on this stable and reliable mechanism, our MPC is widely applied in various types of hydraulic machinery.
Modular Throttle & Check Valve MTC
CML offer a diverse range of hydraulic valves. Among these, our modular valves enable integrated functions within hydraulic circuits through a reliable stackable installation method. Based on their control functions, these modular valves are divided into three major categories: pressure control, flow control, and check valves. Belonging to the flow control series, our Modular Throttle & Check Valve MTC incorporates a check valve function and can also be referred to as a one-way throttle valve. Its primary operating method involves adjusting the flow rate by altering the throttling cross-section or length of the valve, thereby controlling the actuation speed of hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors. The MTC provides a one-way adjustable speed control function on Port A, Port B, or both Ports A and B, effectively preventing hydraulic oil backflow and pressure loss. Furthermore, based on functionality, this product can be classified into meter-in (inlet flow control) and meter-out (outlet flow control) configurations, allowing customers to select the optimal model according to their actual circuit requirements.
Low Pressure type Air-cooled Radiator
CML Air-cooled radiator series offers a diverse range of options, including low-pressure, medium-low-pressure, medium-pressure, and medium-high-pressure types. Adopting a plate-fin design, they provide the best heat exchange capacity per unit compared to traditional copper tube types and other models, achieving at least 10 to 20 times the effectiveness of traditional copper tube designs. Their outstanding heat dissipation performance effectively prevents system overheating, thereby reducing overall operational costs and serving as the optimal solution for hydraulic systems. Specifically, our CML Low-Pressure Air-Cooled Oil Cooler within this series is designed for medium-low-pressure hydraulic systems (system pressure within 70 bar) equipped with motors of ≤3HP. Applied in the internal drain oil cooling operations of variable displacement vane pumps, it is essential to ensure that the cooler's inlet pressure remains below 10 bar during operation.
Pressure Accumulator-AD
CML Pressure Accumulator-AD is a hydraulic component that combines low implementation costs with high operational efficiency. It features physical advantages such as a compact design, lightweight profile, and space-saving installation. Regarding system performance, this product demonstrates excellent sensitivity in compensating for pressure drops and suppressing pressure pulsations. Furthermore, compared to bladder-type and piston-type accumulators, this diaphragm accumulator delivers superior overall dynamic response capabilities.
Oil-electric Pressure Switch
CPS01 Oil-electric Pressure Switch is applied in hydraulic systems. It monitors the pressure within the system circuit based on a preset pressure value. When the actual pressure exceeds or falls below this set value, our switch transmits a signal, thereby establishing a pressure protection mechanism for the system. This product features a standard adjustable design, providing a pressure adjustment range of 3 to 400 bar. Furthermore, it delivers an outstanding operational lifespan of up to 1,000,000 cycles, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
