Application
- Suitable for Coolant Through Spindle (CTS), also known as Through-Spindle Coolant(TSC), it can stably maintain high-pressure output at low flow and speed while controlling oil temperature, reducing flow pulsation, minimizing noise, effectively removing cutting heat and iron shavings, and improving processing quality.
- Ideal for aluminum alloy processing, it is crucial to use pure water or low-concentration water-based cutting fluids for cooling, in addition to stable high-pressure output, corrosion-resistant materials, energy savings, and low-noise operation.
Hydraulic plunger pump
The piston action amplifies the motor's power to drive the rear diaphragm pump, enabling efficient fluid transport with minimal effort.
Build-in circulation pump(Option)
In this section, there is a build-in circulating pump, it will transfer hot oil out and cooling them through radiator and then return to pump housing. This design extends pump life by maintaining a low operating temperature.
Diaphragm pump
By pressurizing the fluid through the diaphragm and control valves, it is transmitted to the circuits of system. During the rapid opening and closing of the valves, the liquid is drawn in and discharged into the pump's circulation. The structural design of diaphragm pumps avoids friction and effectively reduces heat generation, making them the optimal choice for Coolant Through System(CTS).
