It is a combination of a throttle control valve and an electromagnetic directional valve, and is divided into six different types according to the combination and adjustment number, and is commonly used in plastic injection molding and hydraulic presses.
SF two-stage speed control valve, the liquid flow can pass freely in normal time, and the flow rate can be controlled when the solenoid valve acts. It is used when the actuator requires two-stage slow/fast control.
SDF one-way speed control valve, the liquid flow is normally closed, and the flow rate is controlled when the solenoid valve acts. It is used when the actuator starts and stops with electrical signals and speed control is required.
SKF three-stage solenoid speed control valve is used for slow/fast/emergency speed control.
SFD two-stage speed control valve for slow/fast speed control.
SD solenoid switch, liquid flow is normally closed, and liquid flow is free when the solenoid valve is in operation.
THF without electromagnetic reversing valve, purely throttling function.

Instruction
Pressure adjustment: When adjusting the pressure, loosen the lock nut and slowly turn the handle, clockwise for higher pressure, counterclockwise for lower pressure, don't forget to tighten the fixing nut after the adjustment.
Oil return type: The oil return pipe of the direct and remote control type should not be connected with the oil return pipe of other valves, but should be directly returned to the oil tank. If the internal capacity of the return line is too large, frequent vibration is likely to occur. Therefore, the length and diameter of the piping should be reduced as much as possible.
Flow rate selection: When the flow rate is small, the adjustment pressure will be unstable. Therefore, when using caliber 03 and 06, the flow rate should be greater than 5 L/min, and when using caliber 10, the flow rate should be greater than 8 L/min.
