The Second Phase of CML Future Talent Experience Program: Junior Internship Experience Workshop
The second phase of CML Future Talent Experience Program: Junior Internship Experience Workshop has successfully finished, and continues last year's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility. CML Not only focuses on environmental and corporate governance aspects, but also aims for diversity and inclusivity. With 24 elementary to junior high school students participating in this half-day experience, over 20 staff members collaborate with students to create meaningful and enriching memories.
In early 2024, CML invited students from 博幼彰化中心(Boyue Changhua Center) to participate in the "CML Future Talent Experience Program: Junior Internship Experience Workshop" held on January 30th.
Just as CML's aspiration states, “Enthusiasm catalyzes dreams and inspires people to create value; Energy promotes industry and drives continuous progress in the world.” This year, CML continues to turn the brand value of " Passion Driven " and " Your Hydraulic Total Solution " into practical actions, embodying the concepts of diversity and inclusivity in ESG.
CML is striving towards the vision of "establish a business that contributes to society," and through this exciting workshop, starting with the concept of social responsibility, combining local introductions fromTianzhong Township Industries, Marketing Workshop, Engineer Workshop, and Pump Workshop, providing students with an enriching experience driven by the passion of our colleagues.
"Big dreams start with small steps." CML hopes that through this small program, participants will have a better understanding in the field of machinery industry and their future!
Introduction
Chairman of CML, Martin Chen, shared insights into the local industrial environment and the features of our headquarters in Tianzhong Township. He teaches the basic hydraulic knowledge understandably and also explains the fundamental principles of machinery. Then, by sharing his dream experience and passion for machinery, he brings new things to the students beyond their classroom education in the program.
About CML
The event coordinator and deputy manager, Lucy Wu, introduced the students to CML's products using practical examples of end products from various industrial machinery applications. She provided a concise overview of the careers experienced during the event and conveyed the CML philosophy.
Marketing Workshop
Using easy-to-understand and relatable marketing case studies - creative advertisements expanded to various related content, ranging from advertising, graphic design, photography, and social media management to exhibition events. We can realize that combination of aesthetics and brand values enhances the company's visibility. The program includes brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for product photography content and copywriting, which is quite a challenging task!
Engineer Workshop
Embracing an experimental spirit, participants personally test the effects of pressure to grasp the principles of Pascal's law. The teacher Integrated introductions to engineering careers with amazing science facts, and engaged LEGO simulated circuit design. Provided participants with enjoyable brain-teasing moments!
Pump Workshop
In this workshop, participants got the opportunity to assemble the pumps themselves and observe their internal structures. Each action requires careful attention and patience. Finally, they collectively enjoy a sense of accomplishment upon completing it, which is quite fulfilling! (🚩 Production line work is not only assembling products, there are also subsequent testing and packaging to maintain product quality.)
