CML Future Talent Experience Program: Junior Internship Experience Workshop
In recent years, CML has been dedicated to ESG implementation, focusing on environmental criteria, governance, and achieving significant milestones in corporate social responsibility. In this particular Experience Workshop, over 50 elementary to junior high school students participated, accompanied by over 20 CML employees, creating lasting memories.
In mid-2023, Chairman of CML Martin Chen collaborated with 資承新世代企業家慈善協會 (Zicheng New Generation Entrepreneur Charity Association) to organize a program. Students from 中華基督教救助協會 (Chinese Christian Relief Association), 台中重慶教會 (City Celebration Church), 台中思恩堂 (Taichung Si'en Hall), and 清泉崗聖潔教會 (China Holiness Chingchuankang Church) participated in the 8/7 and 8/22 Junior Internship Experience Workshop.
CML's vision is to implement the ESG concept and establish a business that contributes to society. This program began with the goal of promoting sustainable environmental protection. We integrated this with an introduction to Tianzhong Township industries, Marketing Workshop, Engineer Workshop, and Pump Workshop, ultimately providing students with an enriching experience driven by the passion of our colleagues.
Just as CML's aspiration states, “Enthusiasm catalyzes dreams and inspires people to create value; Energy promotes industry and drives continuous progress in the world.” Through this Junior Internship Experience Workshop program, CML has turned the brand value of " Passion Driven " and " Your Hydraulic Total Solution " into practical actions.

Introduction
Chairman of CML, Martin Chen, shared the local industrial environment and characteristics of our headquarters in Tianzhong Township. He taught basic hydraulic knowledge in a manner similar to that of a young intern and outlined the fundamental principles of machinery. He anticipated that by sharing his dream experience and passion for machinery, he could introduce the students to new concepts beyond their school learning.
About CML
The event coordinator and Deputy Manager, Lucy Wu, used practical examples of final products produced from various industrial machinery applications to introduce students CML's products. She provided a concise overview of the professions experienced during the event and conveyed the CML philosophy.
Marketing Workshop
Through easily understandable and relatable marketing cases, such as creative advertisements, the concept of marketing is succinctly introduced. The scope of work ranges from advertisements, graphic design, photography, and social media to physical exhibition events, seamlessly integrating aesthetics and brand values to enhance the company's recognition. In the midst of the activities, brainstorming for product photography content and crafting compelling copy proves to be quite a challenging task!
Engineer Workshop
Embrace the spirit of experimentation, personally test the effects of pressure, and grasp an understanding of Pascal's principle. Integrate introductions to engineering careers with intriguing snippets of scientific knowledge. Engage participants in an enjoyable LEGO railway track game that simulates circuit design, offering them a fun and thought-provoking experience!
Pump Workshop
In this workshop, students assembled the pumps themselves and learned about the structure in this special opportunity. Each action requires a delicate heart and patience, and the sense of accomplishment of completing the assembly of the product is quite interesting! (🚩 Production line work is not only assembling products, there are also subsequent testing and packaging to maintain product quality.)
